Acorns and Oaks Stage 1
The website was originally designed by another person. The requirements were to increase the visitor/traffic from the previous level of an average of 2 people a day. The original site was very plain and we were asked to put a bit of colour and life into the website.

 Stage 2
We moved the website from the original South African Hosting which was very expensive, slow, had traffic limits on it and was a featureless package. They weren't even able to run their own email server. We moved the site onto our server which allowed us to be faster, cheaper, more reliable and have all the features needed to run the new website including their own email server, powerful statistics and a backup service. The original site had plenty of spelling errors so we quickly fixed them and other design errors that stopped the site displaying in firefox and other browsers properly.

 Stage 3
Ray and Annatjie asked us to provide a design that had a light, fresh, relaxing feeling. We decided that we would use a tabless css design and also a css menu so that nothing would impede the search engines indexing the pages. The initial design was previewed to Ray and Annatjie and they loved it. With very few modifications the website is very much as they had imagined it would look. The original site had very little content and we were commissioned to write some articles that would help increase the traffic.
