Mudgee Granite & Marble Stage 1
This website was designed from scratch. The company is new and they wanted a corporate look for their website, logo and stationary. The owners felt they would like a Golden logo with the MG joined together somehow and they wanted the design to incorporate Marble in a fancy, professional looking, font.

 Original 7 Test Logo's
A series of seven potential logo's using the gold the owners requested and various fonts were designed for the website. These were shown to the clients who agreed with the team at By Wild that the M from the first test logo and the G from the last logo were suitable for the design.

 First, second and third Revisions of New Logo
The first version of the new logo design, therefore, had the M and G from the two different fonts and added the words “Mudgee Granite & Marble” to the design.  It then became apparent that another M could be added so the logo would become “MGM - Mudgee Granite & Marble”. This second design was completed.  The Team at By Wild prides itself on paying attention to detail and giving website owners value for money.  They believed the M's would look better if the curves at the lower half of the M's curved in opposite directions and touched each other so they created yet another version of the logo design.  This third design was completed and the web site owner was shown the results.

 Fourth and Final Revision of Logo
Kevin, the owner of Mudgee Granite & Marble, liked the new design but asked if the G in the middle could be made a little bit bigger and moved up a fraction. The team at By Wild was happy to accommodate Kevin’s request because we are not happy until our customer is happy so we revised the design once again.

 Final Logo Completed
After making these extra modifications to the logo design the website owner was consulted and he approved this final version of his brand new logo.

Stage 2 - Getting the Website Online
By Wild registered the web site domain name and began setting up the website host. We started by making it so the website and email could be hosted on the same server. This reduced costs and made email access from the website itself easier for the owner. The server also needed to incorporate php and mysql so new products and features could be added to the website design by the owners without the need for them to have much computer knowledge or expertise. The website administration section was, therefore, designed to include all of these criteria.

Stage 3 - Behind the Scenes of the Website Design
We designed the back end, a technical term for the programme behind the website, to make the web site able to be very easily indexed by search engines.  We added the Administration section for the backend and designed it so that products and descriptions could be added efficiently and very easily by the website owners.
